About Aradhya Consultants
Our Story
It began with our CEO’s dream of tapping a huge opportunity for loan servicing of Banks and other financial institutions in India through organized sector providing professional services through trained resources, technology and infrastructure. The retail loan segment was growing tremendously without corresponding infrastructure to cater such huge demand.
After serving in the BFSI industry for 35 years, Mr. Pattanaik started this venture in Oct 2014 with a team of 125 professionals in Kolkata. Senior industry professionals with 30+ years of experience joined the founding team, giving Aradhya a strong foundation.
By January 2015, Aradhya expanded across West Bengal, Odisha, Jharkhand, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Karnataka. Today, operations exist in 25+ states with a workforce of 5000+ employees.
Aradhya has seen consistent growth since inception — nearly 50% annual growth for the first 5 years and ~60% in the last 3 years.
